Registration begins 30 minutes before the start time of your class.

You will be given two breaks during the day, as well as an hour for lunch.

Please note that this event is not catered so you will want to make arrangements for lunch for yourself. There are many options in the area should you need to leave and get lunch.

You will be practicing physical skills during this class, so please wear loose fitting clothes and comfortable shoes (sneakers or soft soled shoes are best).
